Be The Best
This is the foundation CTI has built our concrete construction and ready mix business.
In 2001, Concrete Technologies opened for business with four employees and a focus on commercial foundations, floors, and parking lots. Since then, Concrete Technologies has grown to over 150 employees and added mainline paving to its service line. Initially focused on Central Iowa, Concrete Technologies has successfully completed projects throughout Iowa and the Midwest.
Founded in 2004, CTI Ready Mix has become a leader in ready mixed concrete production in Central Iowa. With six locations in the Des Moines metro, we are capable of supplying the largest projects to all of Central and North Central Iowa. We have 50 mixer trucks and plant locations in Johnston, Grimes, Elkhart, West Des Moines, Carlisle, Cumming, Marshalltown, Iowa Falls, Jewel, Hampton and Gifford.
Established in 2013, CTI Recycling focuses on reusing worn concrete pavement in new projects. The removed pavement is crushed then recycled as base for new projects. This allows us to reduce our need for raw materials while lessening the carbon impact each project has.
Together Concrete Technologies, CTI Ready Mix, and CTI Recycling bring the resources to provide a diverse range of concrete construction services and ready mix designs.
